MORGAN PUTNAM
Morgan has joined the Blue Lily Team as the Assistant Project Manager on the Commercial Side of our business.
Born and raised in Erie, Morgan is passionate about the real estate and interior design industries; with a background in sales, marketing, and property management.
Morgan's hobbies include furniture restoration/remodeling, interior design, and real estate investing. She is also a member of the Apartment Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing a membership in the National Real Estate Staging Association.
NICOLE MOYAK
Nicole Moyak, The Staging Sales Representative, has found her dream job at Blue Lily. Born and raised in Erie, Nicole has always had a passion for Interior Design since she was a kid. This led Nicole to transfer from Edinboro University to Mercyhurst University, where she finished college and graduated with her BS in Interior Architecture and Design. Nicole has previous experience with Wedding Coordination and Design as well as Kitchen and Bath Design. Now, she is working towards becoming Home Staging Certified. Nicole values individuality, detail, and innovation to design a space that curates both function and aesthetic.
When Nicole isn't decorating, you can find her at Buona Cucina, selling and informing about gourmet oils and vinegars. Or, she is taking care of her two fur babies, Sushi and Tibs.
KATHERINE SEXSMITH
Katherine (Kate) Sexsmith joins the Blue Lilly Home Staging & Design team in the position of Administrative Assistant. Kate is an experienced business administrator who has continued to learn and grow over the past 20+ years in various leadership positions in both the the hospitality and IT industries. Driven by a desire to provide the best client experience from first contact to project completion and follow up, Kate strives to ensure that the creative forces behind Blue Lily Home Staging & Design have the infrastructure they need to bring each client’s vision to life with their unique styles.
The daughter of a British Mother and Canadian Father that both passed on their love of learning about other cultures, Kate has had the opportunity to travel the world and appreciate the beauty of its diversity. Kate continues to reside in Erie, where she was born and raised; with her husband, Paul, and their dog, Ellie.
